The Dimension Reduction module is now available to use in studies with appropriate assay data and can help you determine whether there are any batch effects or outlier samples / participants prior to downloading or accessing study data through the ImmuneSpaceR API. Currently, we support running PCA and tSNE as dimension reduction methods on some or all assay data within a study, however we are looking to integrate UMAP in the future. We welcome your feedback on this new tool, so please don't hesitate to reach out to us via the integrated slack channel in our "resources" section on the home page or email project manager Evan Henrich directly at ehenrich@fredhutch.org.
