We have recently enabled users on our test server to access the standardized cytometry data (gating sets) in studies SDY416, SDY376, SDY112, and SDY113 via the integrated RStudio session. The new methods such as "loadGatingSet" allow you to easily inspect important elements of the flow cytometry workspace file that was generated during the assay run using the flowWorkspace package developed within the Gottardo Lab. For example, you can see gating trees that have been created and look at cell populations that may not have been investigated in the analyzed results that were submitted by the original study authors. If you are interested in learning more about this feature and giving us feedback prior to our push to production, please try it out at https://test.immunespace.org and email project manager Evan Henrich at ehenrich@fredhutch.org with any questions.
