Registration Instructions

  • Each attendee must provide responses to questions 1-10 and 20.
  • If presenting a HIPC center main presentation, Flash talk, or poster, see the 'Presenters' section below.
  • If you need to make changes after submission, please fill out a new form.



Presenters

If presenting, please download the document(s) below according to your presentation type(s), fill them out, and upload in the corresponding fields (11-19). You can submit 3 presentations per registration form.

Please only fill out and upload the presentation document(s) that match your presentation type(s).

Example: You are presenting a Flash Talk. Download "Flash Talk Abstract Template", fill out the information in the document, and save it. Select "Flash Talk" in Field 11. Enter the title of the talk in field 12 and upload the filled template document in field 13.

If you are a Non-US Citizen/Non-US Permanent Resident, and you registered to attend in-person AFTER February 25th, please note that your documents might not be processed in time by NIH. NIH will reach out to confirm your attendance.

This includes strict prohibition on audio or video recordings, as well as screenshots of presented material. Additionally, sharing any confidential information via social media platforms or email is expressly forbidden.
