ImmuneSpace Disclaimer

ImmuneSpace was designed to hold the data generated by the Human Immunology Project Consortium (HIPC) and provide ways to interact with, visualize, and analyze this data across centers and cross-assays. ImmuneSpace encourages the use of its data and tools by the wider scientific community.

HIPC places no restrictions on the use or distribution of the ImmuneSpace data. Data generated by the federal government is in the public domain and may be freely distributed and copied. Additionally, the National Institutes of Health (NIH) recommends that researchers in their funded projects select a Creative Commons-BY license or commit their work to the public domain. However, some submitters may claim patent, copyright, or other intellectual property rights in all or a portion of the data they have submitted. HIPC is not in a position to assess the validity of such claims and, therefore, cannot provide comment or unrestricted permission concerning the use, copying, or distribution of the information contained in ImmuneSpace.
